Iv Been a chef for over 30 years & Iv decided to start our small local business full time now to give it a go. It’s been a hobby of mine for a few  years.

A1 Sharp Edge is knife sharpening caters to both domestic and commercial needs. we sharpen a wide variety of knives, including professional chef's knives, home kitchen knives, kitchen scissors, pizza cutters, garden scissors, hedge trimmer, hunting knives, and fishing knives & Chainsaw sharpening. we offer knife repairs, chips & broken tips.

our sharpening machines use wet stones and diamond wheels to ensure a precision edge.
